Question 1

How do I book a tour?

Accepted Answer

Choose a tour, pick a date and the number of travellers, and send your booking. Our team reviews it and confirms it with you. Payment is made in cash.

Question 2

Where does the tour start?

Accepted Answer

Every tour includes pick-up from your hotel in Tbilisi or Batumi, depending on the tour, and drop-off at the end of the day. Please wait in your hotel lobby at the announced pick-up time.

Question 3

What happens if I am late for the pick-up?

Accepted Answer

To keep the group on schedule, the tour leader can wait a maximum of five minutes. If you are running late, contact the tour leader or our support number straight away.

Question 4

Are meals and entrance fees included?

Accepted Answer

Each tour page lists exactly what is included. Most day tours include lunch and all entrance fees on the itinerary; the evening programmes include dinner and the show. Food or drinks ordered outside the set menu cost extra.

Question 5

Can children join?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Children are welcome on our tours and pay the same price as adults.

Question 6

Is there Wi-Fi in the vehicles?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every Georgia Holiday vehicle has free Wi-Fi, although the signal can be weaker in mountain areas.

Question 7

What if the weather is bad or a site is closed?

Accepted Answer

If weather, traffic or a site closure affects the route, our team arranges the best available alternative and informs you before any change whenever possible.

Question 8

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Once a tour has started, or if you miss the pick-up, the payment cannot be refunded. For other cancellations, contact us as early as possible; see our refund policy for details.

Question 9

Can I request a vegetarian meal?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Please tell us about vegetarian requirements, dietary restrictions or allergies when you book, so we can make arrangements.

Question 10

Can a tour be arranged privately?

Accepted Answer

Many of our tours can be arranged as a private tour with advance notice. Contact us with your dates and group size.
