Tour participation terms and conditions

By booking a tour with Georgia Holiday you agree to the following terms. They exist so that every guest enjoys a safe, punctual and pleasant day.

1. Booking and payment

  • Tour reservations are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
  • The tour price includes only the services listed for that tour. Additional services are available at an extra cost.
  • If a guest withdraws after the tour has begun, the payment is non-refundable.
  • If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please tell us before the tour so the necessary arrangements can be made.

2. Schedule and group coordination

  • Please be in your hotel lobby at the announced pick-up time.
  • If you are more than five minutes late, the tour leader must depart so the group's schedule is not disrupted.
  • If you are delayed or have a problem, contact the tour leader or the tour support number.
  • Stops are made only according to the tour leader's schedule; please avoid requesting personal or unscheduled stops.
  • Please respect the announced departure and return times.
  • If you leave the group without prior coordination, you are fully responsible for the consequences.

3. Tour activities and group participation

  • During walks and visits, please stay with the group for everyone's safety.
  • While the tour leader is speaking, please avoid talking or playing audio through speakers.
  • Respecting and cooperating with the tour leader's decisions is essential for the smooth running of the tour.
  • Mutual respect between guests, the tour leader and the operating team is expected at all times.

4. Services and meals

  • Meals are served according to a prearranged menu.
  • Food or drinks ordered outside the tour menu are charged separately.
  • If circumstances change, such as a restaurant closure or bad weather, a suitable alternative will be arranged.

5. Transport and safety

  • Under Georgian regulations, standing, drinking alcohol and smoking inside the vehicle are prohibited.
  • Please help keep the vehicle clean. Extra cleaning costs caused by a passenger are charged to that passenger.
  • In case of an accident, separation from the group or the need to leave the tour, inform the tour leader immediately.
  • In natural areas such as waterfalls and mountains, follow all safety instructions. Entering the water or swimming is allowed only with the tour leader's approval.

6. Cultural and religious sites

  • Silence, appropriate clothing and respectful behaviour are required at historical and religious sites.
  • Please do not film or smoke in these places.
  • Passengers are responsible for the cost of any damage they cause to public property.

7. Personal responsibilities

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
  • If a passenger misses the tour, the payment is not refunded.
  • In the event of any problem or accident, inform the tour leader immediately.
  • The company may stop a passenger from continuing the tour if they do not follow these rules or behave inappropriately.

8. Changes to the itinerary

  • The route or schedule may change because of circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic or site closures.
  • In such cases our team arranges the best available alternative and, whenever possible, informs passengers before the change.

9. Environmental responsibility

  • Please do not leave rubbish in natural or historical areas or inside the vehicles. Together we help preserve Georgia's natural beauty.

10. Georgian law

  • Passengers must comply with the laws and public regulations of Georgia throughout their trip.
  • Cross roads only at pedestrian crossings, bridges or underpasses; crossing elsewhere can result in a police fine.
  • Littering in public places or at tourist sites is an offence.
