Refund Policy

At Georgia Holiday, we want your valuable time on holiday to be spent enjoying experiences that match your interests and expectations. Before you book, your guide is available to explain tour itineraries, services, schedules and the suitability of each activity, and to help you choose. We recommend reviewing your preferred activities with your guide so you can make the most of your stay and book with confidence.

As soon as you reserve a tour, our team starts making arrangements for your participation. With a high volume of travelers, vehicles, guides, meals, admission tickets and places at attractions must be arranged in advance. These preparations help ensure that your services are ready on the day and that the group itinerary runs smoothly. Some of these bookings create financial commitments for the company from the moment they are made.

We understand that travel plans sometimes change and that you may be unable to join a tour as originally planned. If this happens, please notify your guide or Customer Service as soon as possible so we can review your request. Earlier notice gives us more time to adjust arrangements and release reserved capacity.

The refund amount depends on when cancellation is requested relative to the tour's start time. Requests made at least 72 hours before the tour starts receive a full refund. Requests made from 48 hours to less than 72 hours before the start receive a 50% refund, while requests made more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours before the start receive a 30% refund. No refund is available for requests made 24 hours or less before the tour starts, because bookings and operating costs have already been finalized.

It is important to us that you understand the itinerary and conditions before booking and choose a tour that suits your trip. If you are unsure about timing, activity levels, services or the needs of your companions, speak with your guide before finalizing your reservation. Our team is ready to explain the details and help you choose a suitable option.
