WFTGA Convention 2019 held in Tbilisi, Georgia
Georgia hosted WFTGA Convention 2019 on January 17-25. Over 300 professionals from 70 countries gathered to discuss/share the topics, challenges and trends related with tourist guide’s profession.
WFTGA, THE WORLD FEDERATION OF TOURIST GUIDE ASSOCIATIONS is a not for profit, non-political organization which groups together, around the world, tourist guide associations; WFTGA is committed reinforcing professional ties among tourist guides’ associations; represent professional tourist guides internationally and to promoting and protecting their interests; to raising, encouraging and establishing the highest standards of professionalism; to developing international training, and improving the quality of guiding through education and training, etc.
Georgia Holiday’s professional tourist guide Niusha Soleymani attended the workshops in the frame of the WFTGA Convention 2019 event and participated in professional discussions with international colleagues.
